Returns
For your convenience, Hood Theory offers our customers the option to return certain products within 30 days of purchase. Certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to “sale” items.
IN ADDITION, IF WE REASONABLY DETERMINE THAT A PURCHASED PRODUCT THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WAS ORDERED THROUGH THE USE OF A ROBOT OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO REFUSE ANY SUCH RETURN, TO REFUSE TO OFFER ANY REFUND, AND/OR TO CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE.
Unfortunately, beyond this 30-day period we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear/tear.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTATION, PACKAGING, AND/OR MATERIALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Hood Theory reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for returns in violation of our Terms and Conditions, including items returned damaged or missing packaging or documentation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has not been posted to your account following your return, please check your bank account again in 5 business days.
If your funds have still not been posted after this period, contact your credit card company and/or your bank.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange, contact us at info@hoodtheory.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times may vary depending on shipping address provided.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
